CANCELLATION POLICY A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. New guests and select color services require a non-refundable 25% booking retainer. This retainer reserves your appointment time and will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment. Booking retainers are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer may be transferred one time to a future appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • More than 24 hours and up to 48 hours before your appointment: A fee of 25% of the scheduled service total will apply. • 24 hours or less before your appointment: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply. • No-call/no-show appointments: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service total will apply. Cancellation and rescheduling fees apply whether or not a booking retainer was collected. Any retainer already paid will be applied toward the applicable fee, not charged in addition to it. Retainers applied toward these fees will not transfer to a future appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to the same fees as canceling, as the original appointment time was reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the applicable rescheduling fee will apply. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests.
